2. Course Enrollment and Acceptance

2.1 Application Process

  • Course enrollment is subject to availability and acceptance by MINDTITAN OÜ
  • We reserve the right to reject applications at our discretion
  • Acceptance is confirmed upon receipt of enrollment confirmation email

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Course Fees

3.2 Payment Methods

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • 14-day cooling-off period: Full refund if cancelled within 14 days of enrollment
  • Before course starts: 80% refund if cancelled more than 7 days before start date
  • Within 7 days of start: 50% refund
  • After course begins: No refund, but credit may be applied to future courses

4.2 Company Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment
  • Full refund will be provided if we cancel a course
  • Alternative course dates or equivalent courses may be offered

5. Student Obligations and Conduct

5.1 Attendance and Participation

  • Regular attendance is required for course completion
  • Students must participate actively and professionally
  • Absences exceeding 20% of course hours may result in course failure
  • Make-up sessions may be available at additional cost

5.2 Code of Conduct

  • Respectful behavior towards instructors and fellow students is required
  • No discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will be tolerated
  • Students may be dismissed for violations of our code of conduct
  • Use of course facilities must comply with our policies

5.3 Academic Integrity

  • Original work is required for all assignments and projects

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Technology and software tools are provided as available

8.2 Liability Caps

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the student
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Students participate in courses at their own risk
  • Equipment damage caused by student negligence may be charged to the student

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
